COVID-19 Updates
WE ARE OPEN!
We consulted with Solano Public Health and designed ways to safely continue to provide our services.
Taking care of our furry, feathered, and scaled friends while keeping our human clients and employees healthy is a high priority. Implementing these new standards has us confident we are able to maintain the exceptional level of service our clients expect from us.
Virtual Meet and Greets
Dog virtual meet and greets will be followed by a 10-minute outdoor introduction that observes social distancing. Unfortunately, right now we cannot offer to meet your indoor kitties prior to the first visit.
Hand Washing/Sanitizing
Sitters will wash hands and/or use hand sanitizer at the beginning and end of each visit. Our sitters do carry gloves in their pet sitting kit.
Self-Regulate for Illness
Our sitters are being asked to self-regulate for illness. If they show any symptoms they are being asked to stay home from work.
We are asking clients to let us know if anyone in the home is experiencing illness. We go into multiple houses each day and it’s important we don’t carry any disease into other homes.
If a sitter has a positive Covid-19 test or experiences an exposure, we will notify all clients that the sitter may have contacted. We do observe HIPAA guidelines and must respect privacy while providing information necessary to keep everyone safe and informed.
Face Masks
Effective June 15, 2021 masks will be worn by vaccinated staff if a client makes a request. Unvaccinated staff will wear a mask in your home.
Contactless Pickup
We are only entering homes when people are not there. Dog walk handoff can be done at the door if both people are healthy and are willing.
